Please follow these Safety Procedures in the studio at all times.

STUDIO SAFETY PROCEDURES

All students and Guild members must wash their hands with soap and water upon entering the studio.  Please dry your hands with a paper towel and dispose of it immediately.

All students and Guild members must sign the Studio Log located near the main entrance of The Mill.

Face Masks must be worn at all times in the studio.

Students and Guild members who are feeling ill must not use the studio.

Students are only permitted in the studio if they have reserved a time slot. Students may only be in the studio for the time specified in their reservation.

Dogs are not permitted in the studio.

WORK AREA
All surfaces must be cleaned with soap and water after use.

Students must provide their own gloves and wear them for glazing, waxing and cleaning. 

One person is permitted in the studio at a time.

All sanding must be done outdoors.

FOOD

Food is not permitted in the studio.

CLAY, TOOLS AND SUPPLIES
Students must provide their own tools. Shared studio tools will not be available or permitted.

All personal tools must be labeled.  Tools left behind that are unlabeled will be disposed of.

Disposable gloves must be worn when mixing glazes, loading kilns or touching anything that will be exposed to students and staff.

All work spaces must be cleaned and the studio must be left in good condition upon exit.

What Must Students Provide?

• Tools ( work sponges, cleaning sponges, clay tools, brushes)

• Mask

• Towels
